I had a great stay at a hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff. The door man was helpful and assisted me with my luggage. The receptionist was also accommodating, offering to call a taxi or Grab bike when I needed to move around.
There were a few minor drawbacks. The bed lamps in the room were too dim to use for reading, a bit inconvenient.
